What we collect

When you use GradLaunch AI, we ask you to provide a few pieces of information through the intake form: your field of study or background, the type of job you are looking for, a description of your experience or resume, your biggest job-search challenge, and an optional location preference.

We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information such as your Social Security number, financial account details, health information, or government-issued ID.

How we use your information

The information you submit is used to generate your free preview and, after payment, your full Job Search Launch Pack. Your intake information, including your resume text, is processed by OpenAI (our AI service provider) to produce the plan. OpenAI states that data sent through its API is not used to train OpenAI's models unless the account opts in. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Free-sample intake is not stored in our database. If you sign in and purchase a Launch Pack, we store the submitted intake and generated plan so you can recover it from your dashboard. You can contact us to request deletion.

Payments

Payment for the $19 Job Search Launch Pack is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. They go directly to Stripe's secure payment system, and Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data.

Cookies and tracking

We use browser session storage to temporarily hold your intake data during the checkout process (so your plan can be generated after you return from Stripe). This browser session. After you sign in and begin checkout, the intake is also stored with your purchase so paid delivery can be recovered.

We do not use advertising cookies. Our support chat widget is provided by a third party and may set its own cookies to keep chat sessions working (see below).

Support chat

This site includes a chat widget provided by LeadConnector, a third-party service, so you can reach us with questions. If you use the chat, the messages you send and basic technical information about your visit are handled by that provider. We do not send your intake form answers or resume text to the chat provider.
